PRIVACY POLICY:  We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY:  Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY:  We offer a 7-Day return/refund policy on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at 888-800-7500 to request and arrange for a return. If you are wanting to cancel your order and it has not yet been produced and shipped, we will refund the cost of the portrait minus any and all artists fees and the shipping. We will review the reasons for return prior to approval and refund. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:  Please be assured that your items will ship out within the time noted during your order. If you have chosen a specific carrier, we will first attempt to ship using them. Due to the demand for quick turnaround for our products, we may switch to another courier to ensure your product arrives on time. The couriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Some shipping methods may not be available to addresses outside of the United States. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Excluding holidays, FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday and on Saturday (Saturday delivery is not available in all areas). Shipping delays can happen any time of year due to inclement/severe weather along the package route. Note that our shipping guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to events of this nature.
